Information shared for your vehicle care request.

The consultation form collects your name, phone or email, city, vehicle, service goals, preferred budget and its period, timing, and interest in ongoing care. Fleet requests also collect company, vehicle count and desired frequency. Specialty requests collect the vehicle or asset category, optional dimensions and general access or work-window notes. Specialty quote requests also save the asset subtype, surface material, facility-permission choice, quote or planning-reference route and optional aircraft seat count. These details are kept privately with the request, even if you do not use the estimator. If you use the optional estimator, we also save the selected scope, length in feet or aircraft category, surface condition, access choice and a server-calculated reference with its model version. Market-based references are planning guidance, not an accepted AP quote, appointment or guarantee of service availability. The page from which the enquiry was made is saved to help organize requests. Leave out passenger details, registration identifiers and access codes. Please do not include payment information, identity documents, or other sensitive details.

What the information is used for

Alpha Prestige Detailing uses these details to review your request, prepare a recommendation, and contact you about the consultation. Service needs, timing and recurring-care interest help organize the response queue. Your stated budget helps discuss possible plans; no minimum enquiry budget applies. We do not estimate your personal income.

Website measurement

We count page views, contact-link clicks and progress through the consultation form to improve the experience. These counters contain a page path and broad source categories, such as search, Instagram or a referral. We do not include form answers, contact details, raw search terms, full referring URLs or advertising click identifiers in these counters. A source category may be kept in this browser tab’s session storage for up to 30 minutes of inactivity and saved with a submitted request. This measurement adds no visitor identifier or tracking cookie and does not follow you across other websites. Browser and referral restrictions may leave the source unknown. Requests are reviewed separately from confirmed appointments.

Future appointments and subscription information

Requesting contact about this consultation does not opt you in to promotional follow-up. A separate, optional, unchecked box lets you request information about future appointments, maintenance and subscription options. Your choice and the form consent version are saved with the request. A separate optional box specifically requests promotional SMS from Alpha Prestige Detailing at your supplied phone number, including use of automated technology. It is unchecked by default and is not required to obtain a quote or buy a service. That choice, its disclosure version and the submission timestamp are saved separately; older general follow-up choices are not treated as this SMS authorization. You can ask us to stop that follow-up at any time. No subscription or recurring payment is started by this form.

Promotional SMS terms

If you separately opt in, promotional texts may concern care, offers, future appointments or subscription options, up to 4 per month. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help, or contact (774) 563-3430 or apdetailingtx@gmail.com. Other clear requests to stop are also honored. Carrier delivery is not guaranteed. The form records your choice; submitting it does not itself send a promotional message or activate a subscription.

Where the request goes

Your submission is stored in the website’s private business database hosted through Sites and Cloudflare. It is not posted as a public review or displayed in a public directory. The form does not upload your contact details to an advertising audience.

Submitting a request does not confirm a quote, payment, service, or appointment. Those details are agreed with you before work begins.
