We work with businesses that need consistent presentation across work trucks, service vans, executive transport, rental vehicles, and other company fleets. Tell us how many vehicles you operate, where they are parked, and when they can be made available.
Start with the budget your business wants to invest, per vehicle, per month or for the fleet. There is no minimum budget to request a proposal. Vehicle size, condition, count, frequency, travel, access, and interior or exterior requirements determine the final scope and quote.
Forney, Heath, Rockwall, Sunnyvale and McLendon-Chisholm form our eastern DFW route focus. Dallas, Highland Park and University Park requests are reviewed around access and scheduling. Southlake, Westlake, Colleyville, Prosper and Frisco are considered where a workable route and service window can be agreed.
A fleet maintenance visit differs from an individual premium detail, paint correction, or ceramic coating appointment. We agree on the tasks, cadence, site requirements, and pricing before beginning a route, so both your team and ours know what each visit includes.

How is fleet pricing determined?
We quote your exact vehicle count, size, condition, frequency, location and required work. State your preferred budget and whether it is per visit, monthly or for the whole fleet. The enquiry has no minimum spend.
How do I request a fleet proposal?
Send the fleet size, vehicle types, service address or city, desired frequency, required care, and available service windows.
Do you service small fleets?
Tell us your vehicle count and location. We assess whether a recurring route or individual appointments are the better fit.
Can you work at our business premises?
We review property permission, parking, water and power availability, safe access, runoff requirements and vehicle availability before confirming on-site work. Share the service window that least disrupts your operation.
Can our fleet have a recurring plan?
Yes, ask us to discuss a suitable recurring route. We confirm frequency, inclusions and terms in the proposal. A request does not enrol the business in a subscription or commit it to payment.
